Returns and Refunds: 1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns: 2.1 To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. 2.2 The return must include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.

Return Process: 3.1 To initiate a return, please follow these steps: - Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. - Package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice with the RA number clearly marked on the package. - Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer support team. 3.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe arrival. 3.3 Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process: 4.1 Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. 4.2 Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 days of receiving the return. 4.3 In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items: 5.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with details and pictures of the issue. We will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
